What we are.
Praxis is a quasi-founding team for companies with a product — still building the company around it. Three partners. Three functions. One firm. CGO, CTO, CFO — the roles a 0-to-1 founder needs and rarely has.
We are embedded in the business: in the room for decisions, on calls with institutional counterparts, present when GTM architecture and technical infrastructure are being built.
Praxis takes 4–5 founders per year. Each engagement is structured as a founding partnership — equity and retainer, milestone-vested, not a monthly fee.
Build, operate, transfer. We build it, we run it, and then we hand it over. When you’re ready for a full-time team, everything transfers — the systems, the playbooks, the relationships. Nothing stays locked to us.
We’ve built businesses — for ourselves and for others — for twenty years.
Nobody handheld us through it. We learnt it through trials, tests and failures.
We’re doing it so the next founder doesn’t have to learn the same things the same expensive way, alone.
A fractional CxO suite you can’t or shouldn’t hire today even if you could afford it — but need.
Build, operate, then transfer when the time is right.
Founders fail trying to be the one omniscient, omnipresent force holding everything together.
That’s where we come in.
Embedded operators. Not outside advice.
× Not a consultancy
Consultants deliver recommendations. We deliver outcomes — and we're accountable for them because our equity is on the line alongside yours.
× Not an agency
Agencies execute what you tell them to. We design the system you're executing against. Different job.
× Not a VC
We don't write cheques. We sit next to the founder and build what needs to be built — commercially, technically, financially.
× Not a dev shop
We don't outsource sprints. We design the technical architecture your product needs to scale — then build the team that runs it.
× Not an AI vendor
We don't sell you a model and move on. We integrate AI only where the diagnosis says it earns its place — never forced, never a bolt-on.
Three operators. One founding team.
Fractional CGO · Co-FounderArun Tyagi
Founders stall not because the market isn't there — but because the person who knows how to open it isn't in the room.

Fractional COO · CTO · CISO · Co-FounderDeepak Tyagi
Most founders build the product, then realise the infrastructure holding it can't scale. Deepak fixes the foundation before that realisation becomes a crisis.

Fractional CFO · Co-FounderVidya Niwas Khetawat
The person you want in the room before you talk to investors — not after. Vidya has been on both sides of the capital table.

One conversation. 45 minutes.
Bring the problem as it actually is — not the polished version. We’ll tell you what we see, what we’d do about it, and whether there’s a fit.
Praxis takes 4–5 founders per year. If there’s capacity, there’s a conversation. If there isn’t, that will be said directly too.
